Acceptance
By using MyRxStory, you agree to use the platform responsibly and understand that stories are personal experiences, not professional advice.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online services in your location. Additional eligibility rules may be added before public launch.
User responsibilities
Users agree not to submit:
- Emergency requests
- Medical questions needing professional care
- Instructions telling others to start, stop, or change medication
- Threats or harassment
- Private information about another person without permission
- Account numbers, prescription numbers, insurance IDs, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly identifying details
- False, misleading, spam, or unrelated content
Story submission and review
Submitting a story does not guarantee publication. MyRxStory may request edits, reject, escalate, publish, remove, or keep a story unpublished.
By submitting a story, you allow MyRxStory to review and process the submission using human reviewers and automated tools, including AI, for purposes such as categorization, privacy/safety review, moderation support, trend analysis, and platform improvement.
AI and automated tools do not provide medical advice, legal advice, emergency help, or final publication decisions.
No professional advice
MyRxStory does not provide medical, legal, healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, employment, or crisis advice.
User identity choices
Users may choose Anonymous, screen name, first name only, or full name where available. Full name should be used only if the user intentionally chooses it.
Published stories
Published stories may be read by the public. Users should review stories carefully before submission.
Removal requests
Users may request removal or privacy changes. MyRxStory will review these requests.
Platform rights
MyRxStory may remove or restrict content to protect privacy, safety, legal, or platform integrity.
