What becomes public

What does not become public

Identity choices
Anonymous is the safest default. If you choose screen name, first name only, or full name, that display identity may appear publicly if the story is published.
Sensitive information warnings
MyRxStory uses rule-based checks to warn about possible sensitive information. These warnings may be incomplete and may not catch everything.
AI and automated tools
MyRxStory may use automated tools, including AI, to help review submitted stories, suggest categories or tags, identify possible sensitive information, summarize themes, and understand trends. AI does not make final publishing decisions. Human review is still required before stories become public.
Optional AI writing assistance
Users may choose whether to use AI writing assistance before submission. AI writing assistance may suggest a title, category, tags, or privacy-safer wording.
Submitted stories
By submitting a story, you understand that MyRxStory may use human review and automated tools, including AI, to process the submission.
Removal/privacy requests
Users may request removal or privacy changes for published stories.
Security
MyRxStory is designed to limit public access to approved published story records and to protect private drafts, review records, and account information.
